Novasys Medical Raises $18.95M

Newark-based Novasys Medical, which develops a treatment for female stress urinary incontinence, reported today that it has raised $18.95M in a second tranche of its Series D funding round. The funding came from Versant Ventures, ThreeArch Partners, Skyline Ventures, Alloy Ventures, Delphi Ventures, GBS Venture Partners and Hercules Technology Growth Capital. The funding is part of a Series D round the company announced in May 2008. More information »
