NVIDIA Completes Icera Buy

Santa Clara-based NVIDIA said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Icera. The deal was worth $367M in cash. Icera was a developer of wireless modems for the 3G and 4G mobile market. NVIDIA had originally announced the acquisition on May 9th. Icera was based in Bristol, UK.
