RGB Networks Acquired By Imagine Commmunications

Sunnyvale-based RGB Networks has been acquired in an asset deal by Imagine Communications, the two said Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. RGB Networks was venture backed by Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, Focus Ventures, Institutional Venture Partners, and Kistler Associates.
