SAY Media Buys ReadWriteWeb

San Francisco-based SAY Media, a digital publishing firm, said today that it has acquired ReadWriteWeb, the online technology publisher started by Richard MacManus. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SAY Media said that ReadWriteWeb will continue to be led by founder and editor-in-chief Richard MacManus, and anchor its Technology Channel. MacManus founded ReadWriteWeb in April of 2003.
