Replay Solutions Gets Capital From Hummer Winblad, Partech

Foster City-based Replay Solutions, a company developing software debugging tools for testing software applications, has raised an undisclosed venture capital round from Hummer Winblad and Partech International, silicontap.com has learned. Hummer Winblad's Mark Gorenberg sits on the firm's board of directors, according to Hummer Winblad's web site, and venture capital firm Partech International also lists Replay as a portfolio firm. Jonathan Lindo, Replay's co-founder, declined to confirm the venture capital firms involved, or provide more information on the funding, saying that the firm will be releasing more information in the near future.
