Replay Solutions Raises Series A

Redwood City, California-based Replay Solutions has raised a Series A venture capital round, led by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International. Mark Gorenberg of Hummer Winblad and Nicolas El Blaze of Partech have joins the firm's board of directors. Replay is a developer of digital video recorders.
