GoPro Buys Two Video Editing Apps

San Mateo-based action camera maker GoPro said Monday afternoon that it has acquired two, video editing apps--Replay, and Splice--to help bolster its tools for mobile editing and sharing. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Replay was developed by Paris-based Stupeflix, and Splice was developed by Austin-based Vemory. GoPro said both teams will remain in their current locations.
