Harris, Stratex Complete Merger

Harris Corporation and San Jose-based Stratex Networks said today that they have completed their merger, creating Harris Stratex Networks, a $650M company providing wireless components. The two announced the deal in September. The company's corporate offices will be in San Jose, however the new headquarters are now in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
