GroundWork Open Source Raises $12.5M

San Francisco-based GroundWork Open Source is announcing today that it has raised $12.5M in a Series C investment. The round came from new investors JAFCO Ventures and SAP Ventures, along with existing investors Canaan Partners and Mayfield Fund. GroundWork develops open source systems and network management software.
