Opsware Buys iConclude

Sunnyvale-based Opsware said today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bellevue, Washington-based iConclude. The deal is worth approximately $54M, including $30M in cash plus 3.39 million shares of Opsware common stock. iCOnclude is a provider of software used for automation of IT processes.
