Opsware Completes iConclude Acquisition

Sunnyvale-based Opsware said today it has completed its acquisition of iConclude, a provider of IT process automation software. The firm's software has been renamed Opsware Process Automation System. The deal, which was originally announced in March, was worth approximately $54M in cash and stock. iConclude developed software used for automating IT processes.
