FastScale Gets $6.5M

Sunnyvale-based FastScale Technology has raised $6.5M in a Series A funding, the company said this morning. The round was led by ATA Ventures, and also included Leapfrog Ventures and Hunt Ventures. FastScale is developing software virtualization and provisioning technology for the data center. Hatch Graham of ATA and Pete Sinclair of Leapfrog have joined the firm's board as part of the funding.
