VA Software Becomes SourceForge

Fremont-based VA Software has renamed itself to SourceForge, Inc., saying Thursday that it has changed its name to reflect its focus on its Web properties and sale of its enterprise software business. SourceForge operates Slashdot, Linux.com, freshmeat, ITManagersJournal, as well as open source code repository SourceForge.net.
