SourceForge Acquires Ohloh

Mountain View-based SourceForge announced Thursday that it has acquired Ohloh, a Bellevue, Washington-based operator of an open source directory and social networking site. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to SourceForge, it expects the acquisition to close in early June. Ohloh was founded in 2004.
