Embarcadero Technologies Goes Private

San Francico-based Embarcadero Technologies has gone private in a $200M deal with private equity firm Thoma Cressey Bravo. The deal completed Tuesday. Ebarcadero said that Raj Sabhlok has been promoted to president and CEO of the firm in conjunction with the close of the deal. Embarcadero is a developer of database management tools used for managing enterprise databases.
