SS8 Networks Sells Signaling Business

San Jose-based SS8 Networks said today that it has sold its signaling and SMS business to a new company owned by Skyview Capital LLC. SS8 said that the sale to NewNet Communicatoins Technologies will include a core team of its employees. Financial terms were not disclosed. SS8 said the sale will enable the firm to focus on its core lawful intercept and voice messaging business. SS8 was advised by Pagemill Partners in the deal.
