Autodesk Completes Opticore AB Acquisition

San Rafael-based Autodesk said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of Opticore, a Swedish provider of software for the 3D market. Opticore, which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Design Communications, provides software used for interactive and realistic 3D digital product visualization. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was originally announced in June.
