Equity Administration Solutions Raises $2.2M

Pleasanton-based Equity Administration Solutions, a firm which develops stock option accounting software, has raised $2.2M in a Series C equity financing round, the firm said Tuesday morning. The investment was led by an individual, Gordon Rausser, who was the founder of OnPoint Analytics, and currently serves as Robert Gordon Sproul Distinguished Professor at U.C. Berkeley.
