Equity Administration Solutions Gets $3.5M

Pleasanton-based Equity Administration Solutions, which develops stock option accounting software, said late Thursday that it has raised $3.5M in a Series C funding. The firm said the financing was led by Winter Advisors, a Silicon Valley-based investment bank. The firm's software is used to handle accounting, tax and administration of stock option grands.
