LS9 Lands $15M For Biofuels
San Carlos-based LS9, which is developing biofuel products, said this morning that it has secured $15M in a Series B funding. LS9 said that the second round of funding was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and that Flagship Ventures and Khosla Ventures also participated. The company will use the funding for talent acquisition and to commercialize its biofuel products. Peter Nieh of Lightspeed will join the frim's board as part of the funding. More information »
