SocialMedia Networks Links Into $3.5M
Mill Valley-based SocialMedia Networks said yesterday that it has raised $3.5M in a Series A venture round. The investment was led by Charles River Ventures, and also included Netscape co-founder Marc Andreessen and investor Jeff Clavier of SoftTech VC. SocialMedia Networks provides software tools for building applications for Facebook and Myspace, along with its own advertising network.
