Oracle Buys Interlace Systems
Redwood Shores-based database giant Oracle said this morning that it has agreed to acquire San Mateo-based Interlace Systems, a provider of strategic operational planning software. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. interlace Systems' software is used for enterprise performance management and business planning. Oracle said it expects the transaction to close in November. Interlace is venture backed by Accel and NEA.
