CyberSource Completes $662M Authorize.net Acquisition

Mountain View-based CyberSource Corporation said Thursday that it has completed its $662M acquisition of Authorize.net, a provider of online payment management and credit card processing services. According to CyberSource, Authorize.Net stockholders will receive 1.1611 shares of its common stock for each share, plus a pro-rata share of $125M in cash. The deal was first announced in June.
