Visa Completes Cybersource Buy

Visa said Wednesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of CyberSource Corporation, a supplier of electronic payment and related services. The deal was worth approximately $2.0 billion in cash, or $26.00 per share of CyberSource common stock. Visa said the buy will expand its online payment, fraud, and security management capabilities. The deal was originally announced in April.
