ViOptix Gets $12.2M In Series D Funding
Fremont-based ViOptix, a firm developing medical devices for measuring tissue oximetry levels, said Thursday that it has raised $12.2M in a Series D round. The funding came from Channel Medical Partners, Lincoln Funds International, Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund, and Morningside Technology Ventures Limited. ViOptix said that the round brings the company's total raised to $28.7M. W. Gregory Shearer of Channel Medical will join the firm's board as part of the funding. ViOptix was advised by Merriman Curhan & Ford in the funding. More information »
