LinkedIn Goes Mobile

Mountain View-based LinkedIn said this morning that it has rolled out a mobile version of the firm's service. According to LinkedIn, the new service, available at m.linkedin.com, allows users of iPhone, iPod touch, Blackberry, and other web-enabled phones to access its social networking web site. The firm said the mobile access is in beta, and will allow searching of LinkedIn profiles, viewing of mutual contacts, and view network updates. The mobile WAP service is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.
