Microsoft On Yahoo: We're Talking Again

Microsoft said late Sunday evening that it has begun talking again with Yahoo, as it continues to "expore and pursue its alternatives to improve and expand its online services and advertising business." The firm said that it has raised an alternative to Yahoo, which would not involve an acquisition of all of Yahoo. Microsoft did not detail our outline details of the proposal, but said it is not proposing to acquire all of Yahoo, although it did not rule out the move.
