Adap.tv Gains $13M
San Mateo-based Adap.tv, a provider of software for managing online video content, announced Tuesday that the firm has raised $13M, in a Series B venture funding round. The round was led by Spark Capital, and also included prior investors Redpoint Ventures and Gemini Israel Fund. According to Adap.tv, Dennis Miller of Spark Capital joins the firm's board. Adap.tv provides video advertising tools to serve and manage video ads. The firm said the funding will go to accelerate development of its offering. More information »
