AOL's Adap.TV Acquires PrecisionDemand
AOL's digital video advertising arm, Adap.tv, said today that AOL has acquired television and digital video information provider PrecisionDemand. Financial temrs of the buy were not disclosed. AOL said it will use PrecisionDemand as a key component of its advanced TV targeting, attribution and optimization technology within Adap.tv. AOL bought Adap.tv back in August of 2013.
