Stretch Reaches For $15M
Sunnyvale-based Stretch, which develops configurable processors, disclosed this morning that it has raised an additional $15M in a Series B funding. The new round was co-led existing investors Worldview Technology Partners, Oak Investment Partners, and Menlo Ventures. Stretch said the new funding will go towards operational expenditures and high volume manufacturing. The firm said it now has more than sixth employees. Stretch's configurable processors are used to embed software-modifiable, programmable logic into electronics devices; the firm said its devices are being used in video processing, machine vision, and wireless applications.
