Barracuda Networks Buys Yosemite Technologies

Campbell-based Barracuda Networks said Tuesday that it has acquired Yosemite Technologies, a maker of data backup and recovery software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Barracuda said it has incorporated Yosemite's technology into its Barracuda Backup Service, which provides Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Windows backup. Yosemite Technologies was based in San Jose.
