Yosemite Technologies Buys FileKeeper

San Jose-based Yosemite Technologies, a provider of data protection software, said today that it has acquired Tennessee-based FileKeeper, a developer of continous data protection software for Windows notebooks and desktops. Financial terms were not disclosed. Yosemite will integrate Filekeeper's products into its backup softare.
