Yahoo To Go All Purple By Mid-2010
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo announced today that it has officially changed out most of its logos to a new, purple color scheme, with the switchover of its sites to be complete by mid-2010. The firm said that over the past few months, it has changed the color schemes of most of its logos from its prior red logos. The firm selected the purple in 1996 as its official corporate color, but hadn't switched branding of all of its associated sites yet to the color.
