Elevation Taps eBay's Dutta As Managing Director

Menlo Park-based Elevation Partners, the private equity firm whose founders include Roger McNamee and U2's Bono, said today that it has added former eBay EVP Rajiv Dutta as a Managing Director. Dutta was most recently EVP of eBay and President of eBay marketplaces. The firm said that Dutta will work with Elevation's team to evaluate investment opportunities, advise senior management of Elevation's portfolio firms, and drive overall strategy at the firm.
