Applied Quantum Technology Scores $10M

Santa Clara-based Applied Quantum Technology, a developer of CIGS solar cell technology, announced today that it has raised $10M in a venture funding round. Names of the new investors were not disclosed. According to Appled Quantum Technology, it is using the new funding to build out its first manufacturing line, to be located in Silicon Valley.
