Nutshell Mail Acquired By Constant Contact

Menlo Park-based Nutshell Mail, a provider of tools to help users manage their social networks through email, has been acquired by Constant Contact. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Constant Contact said it would use the buy to open a new office in the Bay Area, and also to add social media marketing to its offerings.
