YouSendIt Receives $15M

Campbell-based YouSendIt, which operates an online site for helping users send large files over the Internet, announced this morning that it has raised $15M in a Series D funding round. The round was led by Adams Street Partnres, and also included prior investors Emergence Capital, Sigma Partners, and Alloy Ventures. The funding brings the firm's total funding to somewhere north of $43.7M. The firm said the funding will go towards accelerating growth and increasing market share. Robin Murray, a partner at Adams Street Partners, becomes an observer on YouSendIt's board as part of the funding. More information »
