YouSendIt Buys Found Software

Campbell-based YouSendIt, the developer of software which makes it easier for users to send large attachments and store files in the cloud, said Tuesday that it has acquired Found Software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. YouSendIt said the acquisition will help it "take search and discovery to a powerful new level". Found Software was co-founded by Stephen Brady, Vijay Sundaram and John Mitchell, and creates software which helps users find their files and documents across their various devices and cloud services.
