Widgetbox Becomes Flite, Raises $12M

San Francisco-based Widgetbox, the developer of mobile application software, said today that it has renamed itself Flite, and raised a $12M Series C funding round. The new funding comes from General Catalyst Partners, Sequoia Capital, Hummer Winblad, and NCD Investors. The firm said it is now focused on helping brands deliver display ads. More information »
