Power Analog Microelectronics Acquired By Diodes Inc.

Santa Clara-based Power Analog Microelectronics (PAM), a developer of analog and high voltage power ICs, including Class D audio amplifiers, DC-DC converters, and LED backlighting drivers, has been acquired by Diodes, Inc.. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Diodes Inc. is based in Plano, Texas.
