Mainsail Partners Expands Team

Private equity firm Mainsail Partners, which is based in San Francisco, said Thursday that it has expanded its operating team, adding Kathryn Cavanaugh as Vice President of Talent, Amy Corrieo as Controller, and Chris Cassidy as Operating Partner. The firm, which focuses on investments in bootstrapped entrepreneurs, said Cavanaugh joins from Sightline Partners and De Novo Ventures; Cerrieo from Professoinal Healthcare LLC (a portfolio firm of Mainsail); with Cassidy having been at the company since 2010. Mainsail's portfolio includes such firms as Togo's, PayLease, Steelwedge, The Bar Method, and others.
