Haystax Technology Buys FlexPoint

San Jose-based Yastax Technology, a developer of data analytics and visualization software for the defense, intelligence and commercial markets, said Wednesday that it has acquired Flexpoint Technology. FlexPoint is a provider of IT services for the cloud computing and enterprise content management market, particularly for government customers. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Haystax said the acquisition will help extend its products and services in the defense and intelligence markets.
