Haystax Buys Digital Sandbox For Threat Assessment Software

San Jose-based Haystax Technology, a developer of big data and information integration tools for the intelligence, defense and security market, said Tuesday that it has acquired Digital Sandbox, a developer of threat and risk analysis software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Digital Sandbox is based in Mclean, Virginia. The firm services the public safety, law enforcement and corporate security markets.
