Cognitive Networks Finds $3.5M in Funding For Smart TV Info
San Francisco-based Cognitive Networks, which provides real-time data for smart television information systems, says it has raised $3.5M in funding. The funding was split between $1.5M in equity from DCM Ventures, and $2M in a structured venture debt loan from Silicon Valley Bank. Cognitive Networks provides content recognition technology which is used for smart TV. The firm also is backed by Rogers Venture Partners. The firm is led by Michael Collette. More information »
