RiskIQ Lands $10M For Security Monitoring
San Francisco-based RiskIQ has raised $10M in a Series A funding round, to go towards its service for monitoring key websites and mobile applications for enterprises. The company said the round came from Summit Partners, and is its first institutional funding. The company said the new funds will help it expand development of its cybersecurity offering, plus invest in sales, marketing, and other business development activities. RiskIQ uses a proxy network spread across 40 geographic locations to help companies monitor mobile apps, web sites, detect brand and trademark issues, malware, and more. More information »
