RiskIQ Raises $30.5M

San Francisco-based RiskIQ, a developer of external threat management and digital risk monitoring software, has raised $30.5M in a Series C funding, the company announced this morning. The funding was led by Georgian Partners, and also included Summit Partners, Battery Ventures, and MassMutual Ventures. Steve Leightell of Georgian Partners has joined RiskIQ's board with the funding. RiskIQ is led by Lou Manousos.
