FireEye Looks to Raise $182M In IPO, Sets Pricing Range
Milpitas-based security software developer FireEye said today that it is hoping to price its IPO at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share, to raise up to $182M for the company. The software developer, whose IT security software uses virtual machines to detect security issues and attacks, said it is aiming to list as FEYE on the NASDAQ. FireEye is venture backed by Sequoia Capital, Norwest Venture Partners , DAG Ventures , JAFCO, along with others.
