Navdy Nabs $20M For Heads Up Display For Your Smartphone

San Francisco-based Navdy, a startup developing a heads-up display which works with your smartphone, has raised $20M in a Series A funding round, the company said Thursday. The funding was led by Upfront Ventures, and also included Formation8, Qualcomm Ventures, Promus Ventures, Ludlow Ventures and Wareness.io. Navdy--which is in the midst of a pre-order campaign--develops a "heads up" projection display which puts information from your smartphone onto your windshield.
