New Vision Display Acquires OSD Displays

Roseville, California-based New Vision Display, a manufacturer of passive matrix and active matrix liquid crystal display technology, said it has acquired Florida-based OSD Displays, a manufacturer of custom OLED, TFT and STN displays. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. New Vision Display is led by Jeff Olyniec, and is headquartered in the U.S. with manufacturing in China.
