Roost Acquired By Spacer

San Francisco-based Roost, an operator of a peer-to-peer marketplace for finding places for extra storage, has been acquired by Australian company Spacer. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Spacer said the deal includes e acquisition includes all intellectual property including database, tech platform, and customers of Roost, which will be renamed Spacer.com. Roost had been led by CEO Jonathan Gillon.
